Cancellation Policy
Booking & 24-Hour Cancellation Policy At Shelley’s Luxury K-Tip Hair Extensions, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because of this, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please note: * Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. * No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may require full payment to book future appointments. * Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward your service total at the time of your appointment. * Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled once without penalty. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a same-day cancellation.
